New and Renovated Cultural Facilities in Wisconsin

Since the mid-1990s, over 100 Wisconsin communities have build new or renovated cultural facilities as part of downtown revitalization or school enhancement projects. This activity demonstrates state citizens' support for the arts and culture in cities, towns, and rural areas. These cultural centers are often centerpieces of economic and downtown revitalization and development, in small towns, suburbs, and cities from Kenosha to Superior (list current as of June 2005):
