Your Voice and your Vote Matter!
Wisconsin’s future depends on economic vitality, education for the 21st century, healthy, vibrant communities, and a good quality of life for all. The arts, creativity and culture are a critical component of the state’s efforts to diversify and grow a thriving 21st century economy.
Your advocacy for the arts and creativity, and your vote in the general elections on Tuesday, November 6, matter because these actions can help secure attention and investment for the arts and creativity as a critical investment for our creative state. Arts Wisconsin, as Wisconsin’s leading advocacy organization for the arts, creativity and community, works hard every day to affect the way our state’s political leaders value and invest in the state’s creative assets to make Wisconsin and all of its communities more creative and dynamic places to live, work and explore.
Our 2018 Election Resource Center will help you keep up with responses to Arts Wisconsin’s Legislative Candidate Survey, study the issues, and share with candidates’ to engage them on the power of Wisconsin’s creative sector. While Arts Wisconsin does not endorse candidates for office, we provide a platform that connects voters and candidates to the arts, creativity and community.
